The Golden Discovery Safari

What happens when you combine a river safari with a visit to a spectacular mountain resort? You end up with a full day adventure that will be relived for years to come! The morning begins with a Columbia River Safari, where you’ll learn about the early explorers of the wild west, carve through scenic canyons, and hopefully catch a glimpse of the fascinating wildlife.

Next stop – Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Have your cameras ready as you soar over 4,000 vertical feet on the sightseeing gondola. At the summit, soak up the spectacular mountain views while dining on your “Sky Lunch” at the Eagle’s Eye Restaurant. Finish your day at the on-mountain grizzly bear refuge with resident grizzly Boo.
