His nickname may be ‘Sparkles’ but don’t hold that against him, he’s actually a really cool guy. Raised in Saskatchewan, his love for the mountains began in his teens while working at Lake Louise. Since then, Larry has become a dedicated paddler, skier, and master of many mountain sports. He’s passionate about kayaking and was one of the founding fathers (and is the current president) of the Golden Kayak Club. Through the Golden Kayak Club, initiatives such as the Wonder of Water, and Columbia River Safaris, Larry is able to share with others his passion and appreciation of our mountain rivers.
